We understand that plans can change. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee.
Yes, we offer overnight pet sitting services to ensure your pets are comfortable and well-cared-for while you’re away. Overnight care includes feeding, walks, and lots of attention and love.
Our team is fully DBS Certified, and we take every precaution to ensure your home is secure. We follow strict protocols, including locking doors, setting alarms if needed, and keeping your home’s security information confidential.
